The two-story structure features shallow depth floor and roof framing structural steel members to create the minimalist architecture style. Full height floor-to-ceiling windows, a handsome deck and cantilevered balconies provide unobstructed views of the surrounding serene desert landscape.
The interior living spaces are adorned with exposed steel pipe columns that form the architectural as well as structural centerpiece. The smooth finish and white-color exterior serves as a canvas for natural light to cast different colors and draw various formations day and night.
